Manchester Magic‘s Ellis Cooper has scooped the 2015-2016 NBL Division 1 Men’s Player of the Year Award, which will double his personal collection for the 15-16 season after being crowned MVP in the Men’s National Cup Final in January.

Cooper returned to Manchester Magic after a successful 1st season in the NBL where he dominated the league and picked up the league MVP, National Cup Final MVP and National Trophy Final MVP. The ‘does it all’ guard/forward averaged 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists a game this season and has lead Manchester to the a chance of the clean sweep after already winning the league, National Cup and National Trophy.

Manchester Mystics 2’s Gina Brierley has scooped the 2015-2016 NBL Women’s League North Player of the Year Award.
