Our Community programme attempts to cater for all ages and abilities. We want to inspire, nurture, challenge and unite people, especially the young. All sessions must be booked in advance via the links below
Bookings need to be made before 12 pm on the Friday of that week to allow registers to be prepared and coaches to plan sessions. After this time, you will not be able to book or pay at the door. We thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Community and Central Venue sessions will finish on Saturday 20th December and will resume on Friday 9th January 2026.
